PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device and the like which can arrange books according to a period and provide a user with them.SOLUTION: A server for lending electronic books to a user terminal has a season DB for storing keywords for each period; and an individual bookshelf DB which stores book information about electronic books the user registered in the past. The server has an arrangement part which extracts from the season DB keywords during the period corresponding to a date of log-in and extracts from the individual bookshelf DB book information including the extracted keywords when it detects log-in from the user terminal. The server has a distribution part for presenting the extracted book information to the user terminal.
