PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current sensor equipped with a core having uniform magnetoresistive characteristics.SOLUTION: A core 30 includes a first taper part 36a which becomes continuously narrow in width of a plate material 31 from an end part 35a at one end part 32 side to a tip end 32a of the one end part 32 in a bent part 35. The core 30 further includes a second taper part 37a which becomes continuously narrow in width of the plate material 31 from an end part 35b at the other side part 33 in the bent part 35 to a tip end 33a of the other end part 33. As a result, no place exists where a magnetic field is concentrated due to a shape of the core 30 from the bent part 35 to each of the tip ends 32a, 33a, and thus, uniform magnetoresistive characteristics can be obtained in the core 30. |
