<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device capable of improving an operational feeling of the transmission device by prohibiting shifting to neutral when a first gear speed changes to a second gear speed while a vehicle is traveling, and canceling a neutral prohibition state by a driver's intentional operation.SOLUTION: A transmission device M comprises: a transmission cam mechanism 50 that includes a shift drum 34 and a star cam 51; and a stopper portion 45. The transmission cam mechanism 50 is provided with an N prohibition mechanism 60, and the N prohibition mechanism 60 includes an N prohibition cam 61 and an N prohibition cam positioning mechanism 62. The N prohibition cam 61 is radially movable up to a position at which the N prohibition cam 61 overlaps with an N concave cam portion 54 in an axial direction view of the shift drum 34, protrudes beyond the N concave cam portion 54 in a state of projecting radially outward, and includes a convex cam portion 61a of a shape that enable the stopper portion 45 to stride over a neutral position. The N prohibition cam positioning mechanism 62 causes the N prohibition cam 61 to protrude toward the N concave cam portion 54 in driving gear stages.</p> |
