Provided are an interference coordination method, device and apparatus for systems with different modes, so as to improve the utilization efficiency of a radio frequency spectrum resource while eliminating co-channel interference. The method comprises: acquiring information about a time-frequency resource of a first cell and information about an interference relationship between the first cell and a second cell, wherein the information about the interference relationship between the first cell and the second cell is used for determining the time-frequency interference of the first cell to the second cell, and the first cell and the second cell have different modes; and according to the information about the time-frequency resource of the first cell and the information about the interference relationship, determining information about a time-frequency resource of the second cell, wherein the information about the time-frequency resource of the second cell is used for the second cell to schedule a time-frequency resource. The method provided in the embodiments of the present invention can eliminate the interference of a co-channel GSM system to an LTE system and improve the utilization efficiency of a radio frequency spectrum resource, and can achieve the purpose of quick deployment of an LTE through spectrum reframing.
