发明名称 MOULD
摘要
The present invention relates to a mould, and more specifically relates to a technique which allows mould life to be extended by allowing damage and the like to the main core to be minimised even after use for a long time, because impacts acting on the main core are minimised during collision between a moulding liquid and the main core in a process in which the moulding liquid is injected under high pressure. Also, the present invention relates to a technique which allows harm to the moulded article during the separation process to also be minimised, because the structure of the injection pathway is improved such that the injection moulding parts can be separated easily and rapidly from the moulded article after moulding. Again, the present invention relates to a technique which allows moulded articles of various sizes to be moulded even when using a single mould, because the invention is adapted to allow the volume of the moulding space of the mould to be adjusted. Also, the present invention relates to a technique which not only allows smooth demoulding in the process of demoulding the moulded article from the mould but also in which, even if part of a moulded article lodges in the mould during the demoulding process, said part can easily be extracted from the mould even without disassembling the mould.
