A carrier substrate of the present invention includes: a base; an align key formed on the base to align a glass substrate for a touchscreen panel on the base; an adhesive portion formed in the form of a concave groove on the surface of a base portion corresponding to an edge portion of the glass substrate for the touchscreen panel; and a bent hole formed to pass through the base in a base portion where the glass substrate for the touchscreen panel is aligned. The carrier substrate can improve productivity by solving the problems of the bending, breakage, and alignment of a cover glass substrate.
