PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an electrode provides an electrode with excellent capacity and improved cycle performance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrode comprises a step of forming a metal layer on a substrate by the brush electrochemical deposition of a metal ion and/or a metal included in an electrolyte and/or counter electrode. The metal and/or metal ion is two or more selected from metals and semimetals of group 3 to group 15. An electrode manufactured by the method comprises a substrate and a binary Sn-Co alloy layer formed on the substrate. The Sn-Co binary alloy includes the crystalline phase of Co3Sn2, Sn, and Co. |
