PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrate for a cooling and release agent, a concentrate for a cooling and lubricating agent, or cooling and release agents and cooling and lubricating agents.SOLUTION: The invention provides: a concentrate comprising 10 to 50 mass% of a protein; a cooling and release agent prepared by diluting the concentrate with water with a ratio from 1:100 to 1:1200, advantageously a ratio from 1:500 to 1:1000; and a cooling and lubricating agent prepared by diluting the concentrate with water with a ratio from 1:20 to 1:500.
