PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game control device capable of urging a first user to perform operation in accordance to an operating guide to be instructed by a second user in such a game that the second user conveys the operating guide to the first user who operates an operation object configured to act in a game space.SOLUTION: An operating guide acceptance part 90 accepts setting of an operating guide from a second user. A target region setting part 92 sets a target region in a game space on the basis of the operating guide set by the second user. A determination part 94 determines whether an operation object to be operated by a first user is located in the target region. An operating guide informing part 96 informs the first user of the operating guide set by the second user when the determination is made that the operation object to be operated by the first user is located in the target region.
