PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface modifying agent containing one or two or more selected from the group consisting of fluorine polymer compounds having hydrolyzable alkoxysilyl groups, partially hydrolyzed products of the same, and partial hydrolysis condensates of those, each of the group being easy to handle and hydrolysis of each of the group proceeding promptly without using a catalyst which facilitates hydrolysis.SOLUTION: Provided is a surface modifying agent containing one or two or more selected from the group consisting of: organic silicon-containing fluorine polymer compounds of the following formula (1); partially hydrolyzed products of the same; and partial hydrolysis condensates of those. |
