PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce zipper noise.SOLUTION: Each class tap selection unit selects, as a class tap, a pixel value related to pixels corresponding to multiple color components from a first image made up of an image signal outputted from a single-panel pixel unit. Each classification unit classifies remarkable pixels in a second image on the basis of a feature quantity of the class tap. Each prediction tap selection unit selects, as a prediction tap, a pixel value related to a pixel corresponding to a first color component among multiple color components from the first image. Each product-sum computation unit respectively calculates pixel values of the second image by product-sum computation translating the pixel value related to the pixel corresponding to the first color component of the prediction tap as a variable and using the read out coefficient. The technique can be applied to, for example, an image processing device for performing image processing of an image signal obtained by a single-panel camera. |
