<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for suppressing rocking in an axial direction of a worm by adding proper attenuate force or a load, in a worm gear mechanism.SOLUTION: A worm gear mechanism 100 is equipped with a worm 20, a first bearing 40A for journaling a first journaled portion 22A on one end side of the worm 20, a second bearing 40B for journaling a second journaled portion 22B on the other end side of the worm 20; and a worm wheel 50 meshed with the worm 20. The worm gear mechanism 100 has a first locking portion 24A provided separately in an axial center direction from the first journaled portion 22A on the one end side of the worm 20, and a second locking portion 24B provided separately in the axial center direction from the second journaled portion 22B on the other end side of the worm 20. The worm gear mechanism 100 is also equipped with first fluid pressure shock absorbers 10A1 and 10A2 interposed between the first bearing 40A and the first locking portion 22A, and second fluid pressure shock absorbers 10B1 and 10B2 interposed between the second bearing 40B and the second locking portion 24B.</p> |
