The present invention relates to a down jacket including a seam sealing tape, and a down jacket sewing method using the seam sealing tape. According to the present invention, a down jacket includes: an outer shell forming an outer surface of the down jacket; a lining forming an inner surface of the down jacket; and a seam sealing tape disposed between the outer shell and the lining and thermally bonded to the outer shell and the lining through an ironing process using an iron to separate the outer shell and the lining from each other, and form a down bag space filled with duck down wherein the seam sealing tape and the lining are sewn together with sewing yarn, and the sewing yarn may absorb a predetermined amount of silicone liquid. In the down jacket, as configured above in accordance to the present invention, and a down jacket sewing method using the seam sealing tape, the seam sealing tape having a strip shape with a predetermined width between the lining and the outer shell of the down jacket and the lining are integrally sewn with the sewing yarn, and the seam sealing tape is attached to the outer shell in a seamless manner through thermal bonding in order to independently form the down bag filled with the duct down in the down jacket, thereby preventing the duct down from escaping out of the down bag to the outside. |
