<p>The present invention relates to a drying rack for red pepper. A drying rack for red pepper includes a plurality of circular ribs arranged concentrically. Inner and outer circular ribs are integrally connected to each other by a plurality of red pepper holding portions, which are formed to extend radially, between inner and outer circular ribs adjacent to each other in a radius direction among the circular ribs. The red pepper holding portions are distributed in a circumferential direction. Accordingly, red pepper can be dried by stacking and arranging drying racks for red pepper or hanging the drying racks for red pepper on a hook or the like in a state where the red pepper is hung on each of the red pepper holding portions, thereby drying a large amount of red pepper even in a narrow space and evenly drying red pepper without deviation in dry spots.</p> |
