PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce transmission loss of a radio wave.SOLUTION: A connection part 30 is provided at an end of a waveguide 20. The connection part 30 has a first half body 31A and a second half body 31B composed of a dielectric body. The first half body 31A and the second half body 31B sandwich an antenna 13 formed on a circuit board 10. The connection part 30 has conductor parts 32A and 32B. The conductor parts 32A and 32B have a shape corresponding to the cross section of the conductor part of the waveguide 20 on a cross section perpendicular to a direction along the circuit board, and surround the first half body 31A and the second half body 31B. |
