PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure varying mechanism that can suppress the generation of abnormal noise associated with rotation operation of a cam member.SOLUTION: A pressure varying mechanism rotates a cam member 61 while bringing the cam member 61 into contact with a cam receiving member 65 so as to vary pressure between the members in pressure contact with each other, and includes at least rotation regulating means for regulating the rotation of the cam member 61 when the top dead center X, at which a distance from the rotation center of the cam member 61 on the peripheral surface becomes largest, passes through a contact position with the cam receiving member 56.
