PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration piece capable of suppressing a CI value low by preventing vibration leakage even when small-sized, and also to provide a vibrator including the vibration piece, an oscillator, an electronic apparatus and a moving body.SOLUTION: A vibrator 1 includes: a base part 12; and a pair of vibration arms 20 and 22 which extends in the Y-axis direction from one end of the base part 12 and arrays in the X-axis direction orthogonal to the Y-axis direction. The base part 12 includes: reduced width parts 16 and 18 whose width in the X-axis direction of one end and the other end is gradually reduced as it goes away from the central part of the base part 12; and a thick wall part 31 having a protrusion which further protrudes to the - Z-axis direction side than the end of the base part 12 side of the vibration arms 20 and 22 since the thickness in the Z-axis direction orthogonal to both of the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction is thicker than the end of the base part 12 side of the vibration arms 20 and 22.
