1. A compound having the structure:or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
L1 is —NH— or —O—; R1 is C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 heteroalkyl, C3-C20 heterocyclylalkyl, or
C4-C20 carbocyclylalkyl, wherein the heterocyclyl group comprises 1 to 4 heteroatoms selected from N, O and S; each of R4 and R5 independently is H or C1-C6 alkyl or R4 and R5 taken together with the carbon to which they are attached is —C(O)—; X1 is C1-C6 alkylene, or C1-C6 heteroalkylene; D is phenyl, biphenyl or pyridinyl, wherein said phenyl, biphenyl or pyridinyl is substituted with -L2-NR6R7; or D is pyridinyl, piperidinyl, piperazinyl or 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinolinyl; n is 0 or 1; R3 is selected from the group consisting of cyano, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 haloalkyl, —CHO, or C4-C20 carbocyclylalkyl; and L2 is C1-C6 alkylene or a covalent bond; each of R6 and R7 independently is H, or C1-C6 alkyl; or R6 and R7 taken together with the nitrogen to which they are attached form an unsubstituted 4-6 membered heterocycle comprising 0 to 2 heteroatoms selected from N, O and S. |
