Provided are: a valve device in which the position of a valve body is not changed by external force or fluid pressure; and a lock device incorporated into the valve device. The present invention is characterised by: a cylindrical body being mounted to a rotating part in the valve device in a manner allowing forward and backward movement along the central axial line of the rotating part; and having a convex part that, via the forward and backward movement of the cylindrical body, engages with, or separates from a concave part which is formed in the outer peripheral surface of a rotating part-holding body along the central axial line of the rotating part-holding body, said convex part being formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body along the central axial line of the cylindrical body; or having a concave part that, via the forward and backward movement of the cylindrical body, engages with, or separates from a convex part which is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the rotating part-holding body along the central axial line of the rotating part-holding body, said concave part being formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body along the central axial line of the cylindrical body. |
