The present invention relates to a fixing device for a vehicle container, including: a barrel body (10) inserted and fixed in a mounting frame (100) for mounting a container (200); a guide frame (30) inserted in the inside of the body (10) with the bottom resiliently supported by a highly elastic spring (20), the lower end part projected upward by a given length and prevented from escaping, and a pinhole (31) formed on the plane surface of both opposite sides with a given height so as to communicate with each other; a locker (50) having a central spring hole (51) inserted in the guide frame (30) so as to be open downward for resiliently receiving a low elastic spring (40), an outer peripheral surface provided with a pair of opposite helical pin guide holes (53) for communicating with the spring hole (51), and an upper head (54) with the bottom formed with the same shape and size as the top of the guide frame (30) so as to be longer lengthwise, the locker being inserted in the container (100) so as to perform locking by turning; and a rod-shaped operating pin (60) inserted through the pinhole (31) of one side of the guide frame (30) projected upward from the body (10), the pin guide hole (53) of the locker (50) and the pinhole (31) of the other side of the guide frame (30) so as to protrude from both sides of the guide frame (30) by a given length, a part of the bottom of the operating pin being resiliently and horizontally supported by the low elastic spring (40) inserted in the pin guide hole (53) in the inside of the locker (50).
