<p>The present invention provides novel nanobodies against pulmonary surfactant protein A (SP-A) and preparation thereof. The present invention also provides nucleic acids encoding the nanobodies as well as preparation and use thereof. Immunohistochemistry and in vivo imaging show that the nanobodies of the present invention have high lung-targeting specificity.</p> |
