The invention relates to a storage device (1, 23, 45) for articles, having a load state detection device, wherein the load state detection device comprises at least one weighing apparatus (7, 25) and at least one evaluating device (21, 26), wherein the weighing apparatus (7, 25) is designed and configured to detect measured values representative of a weight of the storage device (1, 23, 45) and the evaluating device (21, 26) is designed and configured to determine the weight of the storage device (1, 23, 45) based on the measured values of the weighing apparatus (7, 25), wherein the weight of the storage device (1, 23, 45) is determined when the measured values of the weighing apparatus (7, 25) are not affected by devices of the storage device (1, 23, 45). The present invention further relates to a computer network having at least one such storage device (1, 23, 45) and to a method for determining a load state of a storage device. |
