PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of reducing a feeling of discomfort for a wearer while suppressing a body fluid leakage.SOLUTION: In an absorbent article 1 including a central area CA, a front area FA located ahead of the central area CA, and a back area BA located on the back side of the central area CA, a groove-like compression part 80 compressed in a groove shape, and row-like compression parts 100 composed by arranging a plurality of dot-like compression parts 90 in a row along the width direction are formed. The groove-like compression part 80 is arranged so as to extend along the front-back direction L on each of the two sides of the width direction with a width direction center line WCL as a reference in the central area CA. The respective front-back direction distances of a plurality of the row-like compression parts 100 are wider than the respective spaces of the plurality of the dot-like compression parts 90 that constitute the plurality of the row-like compression parts 100.
