PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article gripping device and a bottling device by which various types of articles on a table, a work table, a tray or the like can be held (gripped) without deformation and breakage.SOLUTION: In a device according to the present invention, a main body, a pair of holding bodies provided to the main body, and a driving means for driving the holding bodies are provided. The pair of holding bodies are so disposed to face each other at a space therebetween in which an article can be received. In the pair of holding bodies, a sheet-like belt surrounds a circumference of slide plates which can perform a forward movement and a retreat movement so as to project forwards the main body, and the belt is fixed to the main body and held in a ring-shape of a predetermined length. When both the slide plates are moved forward by the driving means until the slide plates project forwards the main body, the article is held between the pair of projected holding bodies. When both the slide plates are retreated, gripping of the article held between the pair of holding bodies is released. |
