PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a shielded human body accurately and enable the detection speed to be increased.SOLUTION: A pre-stage detector 104 applies a headΩdetection model from each pyramid image to detect a headΩ. Subsequently, a hidden area setting part 106 sets a hidden areaΓon the basis of a position and a size of the headΩin a layer to be processed and a size (H,W) of an entire body detection model utilized for a subsequent stage detector 110. Then, a subsequent stage detector application determination part 108 determines whether or not an application region excluding the hidden areaΓ1 is the application region of the entire body detection model, and the subsequent stage detector 110 determines whether or not it is a human body.
