<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which is formed by laminating a polypropylene as a sealant resin on a substrate, has excellent adhesion between a sealant layer and a substrate and also has excellent content resistance, retort resistance, boiling resistance and tear resistance, and provide a method for stably producing the laminate at a low cost.SOLUTION: A laminate is formed by laminating at least a substrate layer, an adhesive layer and a sealant layer containing a polypropylene in this order, wherein the adhesive layer comprises a polyolefin resin, a specific amount of a crosslinking agent and/or a polyurethane resin, the polyolefin resin contains a propylene component (A) as an olefin component and an olefin component (B) other than the propylene component in a range of 60/40 to 95/5 by mass ratio (A/B) and contains a specific amount of an unsaturated carboxylic acid unit based on the total 100 pts.mass of (A)+(B), and the polyolefin resin has a weight average molecular weight of 15,000 or more.</p> |
