<p>A module for carrying food items for heating in an aircraft oven, the module including a tower of stacked trays and a casing with end sections designed to open and allow delivery of the tower of trays into an oven. The invention also relates to a tray for use in the module, the tray including a platform for holding an item of food and an array of hollow posts projecting from the platform to space the platform from a platform of an adjacent stacked tray, wherein the posts are arrayed across the platform with an offset to allow the tray to be reversed and stacked in a tower.</p> |
