<p>Disclosed is a radio resource control connection processing method, comprising: when a radio resource control (RRC) connection request, sent by a UE, is received, a base station obtaining decision-making information for actions related to said UE; in accordance with the decision-making information, determining instructions regarding the next action of the UE and executing said next action in accordance with the action instructions. Additionally disclosed is a radio resource control connection processing device, and a base station and storage medium. The present invention increases system resource utilization, avoids the problems of failing to promptly release resources, leading to insufficient resources during UE access and, as a result, access failure, and also improves user experience.</p> |
