The present invention relates to an air spray device for equally coating an application surface with unequally mixed coating solution, and more specifically, to an air spray device for unequally mixed coating solution capable of suppressing the precipitation and cohesion of powder contained in the unequally mixed coating solution without including an extra stirring device. The air spray device (100) for unequally mixed coating solution includes a body (110) with an inlet (111) for the unequally mixed coating solution and an external compression air inlet (112), an extension block (120) combined with a lower part of the body, a coating solution outlet (131) combined with a lower part of the extension block and including a nozzle assembly (130) discharging the unequally mixed coating solution passing through the extension block to the outside, a stovepipe path (140) vertically formed on the center of the body, the extension block, and the nozzle assembly, a needle valve (150) opening and closing the coating solution outlet while performing a pulse opening and closing motion by receiving elevation force from the body by being installed in the stovepipe path, and a plunger (160) to stir the unequally mixed coating solution by generating fluid resistance in the stovepipe while performing the pulse opening and closing motion with the needle valve by being inserted into the valve in close proximity to the floor of the stovepipe path of the extension block. |
