<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latch device enabling smooth rotation of a latch between a lock posture and a non-lock posture for a long time.SOLUTION: In a latch body part 30a installed in an opening/closing body 20, a shaft part 40 is installed in a latch 33 having a lock part 41 and a trigger part 42, and by fitting the shaft part 40 to a shaft bearing hole 38 of an inner case 32 so as to be movable in directions of coming closer to and separating from a locked part 30b and rotatable, the latch 33 is rotated between a lock posture and a non-lock posture in the inner case 32, is movable in directions of coming closer to and separating from the locked part 30b and is held at a position coming closer to the locked part 30b by using a spring 35. When the latch 33 in the lock posture moves toward the locked part 30b installed in a frame body 10, a lock part 41 slides along the locked part 30b and the latch 33 moves in the direction separating from the locked part 30b along the shaft bearing hole 38 together with the shaft part 40. At a closing position, the lock part 41 is locked on the locked part 30b.</p> |
