PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring unit for an automatic transmission, capable of holding electric components including a ROM 1 with a smaller number of components.SOLUTION: The wiring unit which is mounted on the automatic transmission of an automobile for performing control relating to shifting operation, includes a wiring harness and the ROM 1 connected thereto, and a metal holding plate 2 for holding them. On the holding plate 2, a holding part 33 is formed on which the ROM 1 is placed. On the holding part 33, a plurality of caulking pieces 36 are integrally formed to which the ROM 1 is caulked to be fixed onto the holding part 33. On the ROM 1, a positioning protruded part 37 is formed, and in the holding part 33, a receiving hole 39 is formed into which the positioning protruded part 37 is adapted and fitted. |
