The present invention addresses the problem of, regarding a shaft body conveyance device for receiving a neck portion of a shaft body with a head portion in a cutout groove provided in the outer periphery of a rotary table and conveying the shaft body with the head portion in a suspended state, enabling one rotary table to respond to changes in the shaft diameter of a shaft body to be conveyed to thereby eliminate the need for a table exchange operation. A rotary table (2) is configured by an upper disc (2a) and a lower disc (2b) that are relatively rotatably superposed, plate-shaped members (6) that each have the same thickness as that of the upper disc (2a), and a lock mechanism (7) that secures the relative rotational positions of the upper and lower discs, the plate-shaped members (6) provided on the upper surface of the lower disc (2b) are each caused to get into a first cutout section (10) provided in the outer periphery of the upper disc (2a), one of groove edges (5a, 5b) of the cutout groove (5) is configured by a side edge of the first cutout section (10), and the other is configured by a side edge of the plate-shaped member (6). |
