<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a traffic information processing apparatus capable of providing information on an incurred traffic event on early stage even in the situation where the reliability of estimation is low because of a little samples of traffic information. <P>SOLUTION: A traffic information processing apparatus 2 includes: question information processing means 21 for transmitting predetermined question information S14 inquiring whether any traffic event occurs of a person who gets on a vehicle 3A positioned in the vicinity of a point where occurrence of the traffic event is estimated, to an in-vehicle unit 4A mounted in the vehicle 3A; answer information processing means 22 for receiving from the in-vehicle unit 4A answer information S21 from the person getting on the vehicle 3A in response to the question information S14 to determine whether the traffic event occurs on the basis of the answer information S21; and information providing means 23 for providing traffic event information on the traffic event in the case where the answer information processing means 22 determines that the traffic event occurs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
