<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling efficiency of a heat sink in an outdoor unit having a housing partitioned by a partition plate into a heat exchanging chamber and a machine chamber. <P>SOLUTION: In the outdoor unit 10, the inside of the housing 11 is partitioned by the partition plate 16 into the heat exchanging chamber R1 and the machine chamber R2. The heat exchanging chamber R1 stores a heat exchanger 21 and blowers 22A, 22B, and the machine chamber R2 stores an electric component unit 40A and a compressor 31. The heat sink 44 of an electronic equipment of the electric component unit 40A is extended to the heat exchanging chamber R1, and the heat sink 44 extending in the heat exchanging chamber R1 has a wind guide path 57 for guiding air in the machine chamber R2. The heat sink 44 can be cooled by air which flows into the heat exchanging chamber R1 via the heat exchanger 21 by the drive of the blowers 22A, 22B and air from the machine chamber R2 through the wind guide path 57. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
