<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner surface grinding machine capable of stabilizing machining accuracy for every workpiece by a simple control. <P>SOLUTION: This inner surface grinding machine includes a control device which changes cut-feeding speed in at least one of a rough grinding process and a finishing grinding process in the next inner surface grinding to be larger than that at the present point of time when stored spark-out time is larger than a prescribed first threshold and changes the cut-feeding speed in at least one of the rough grinding process and the finishing grinding process in the next inner surface grinding to be smaller than that at the present point of time when the spark-out time is smaller than a prescribed second threshold. Accordingly, the spark-out time for every inner surface grinding can be within a prescribed range and the accumulation amount for every inner surface grinding is stabilized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
