The present invention relates to a content discharge pump which is used to be mounted on a container to discharge content accommodated in the container to the outside at a fixed amount by being pumped. The content discharge pump can be easily mounted on a product of which a space to mount the discharge pump is small as an operation distance of the discharge pump is short. The content discharge pump in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention comprises a valve main body (20), a valve plate (40), a push button (50), a deformation pressing member (60), and an elastic member (70).
