<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller that has a cell structure in which a boundary part between an inner layer and outer layer is continued, and has two polyurethane foam layers with no problem such as peel-off between layers or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the polyurethane foam roller includes the steps of: combining a foam material receiving part 5 with a lower bridge member 4 after separating and arranging two kinds of polyurethan foam materials in a lower layer and an upper layer in the foam material receiving part 5 while a core metal 2 is held with the upper bridge member and lower bridge member 4 using a foam molding device having a tubular member 1, a roller shaping molding equipped with the upper bridge member and lower bridge member 4, and the foam material receiving part 5; forming an outer layer of a polyurethane foam layer on an inner wall surface of the tubular member 1 by foam-injection of the upper layer of the polyurethane foam material 8 in the roller shaping molding; and a forming an inner layer of the polyurethane foam layer between the core metal 2 and the outer layer by foam injection of the lower layer of the polyurethane foam material 7 in the roller shaping molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
