<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid and simple method of detecting metastasis of cancer. <P>SOLUTION: The method of detecting metastasis of cancer includes: evaluation of whether an antigen developed in a carcinoma is included in a lysate of a tissue separated from a patient of the carcinoma to the outside of a living body by a dot blot analysis using an antibody specific to the antigen; and determination of the possibility of existence of metastasis of a carcinoma cell to the tissue when detecting the antigen exceeding the amount of the antigen included in the lysate of a normal tissue within the lysate of the tissue. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
