<p>The present invention is provided with the following: a thermostatic tank (20) having on the inside thereof a crystal oscillator (30) for outputting an oscillation signal; a heater (40) for heating the inside of the thermostatic tank (20); a temperature detecting unit (50) for detecting the temperature inside of the thermostatic tank (20); a switching element (60) which performs ON/OFF control of the heater (40); and a temperature control unit (70) that receives the detection results from the temperature detecting unit (50) and the oscillation signal from the crystal oscillator (30), synchronizes with the oscillation signal, and performs ON/OFF control of the switching element (60).</p> |
