<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welded joint of an austenitic stainless steel, which has superior intergranular corrosion resistance and weld crack resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the welded joint of an austenitic stainless steel, when an SUS310 series stainless steel including Nb and/or V and having excellent intergranular corrosion resistance is welded, the chemical composition in the initial layer part of a weld metal obtained by using welding material comprising≤0.03% C,≤0.65% Si, 1.0 to 2.5% Mn, 19.5 to 25% Cr, 9 to 14% Ni, 0 to 0.75% Mo, 0 to 0.75% Cu,≤0.1% N,≤0.03% P and≤0.03% S, and the balance Fe with impurities contains one or two kinds of≤0.026% C, 0.2 to 0.65% Si, 0.01 to 2% Mn, 19.5 to 25.5% Cr, 9 to 17.5% Ni,≤0.75% Mo, 0 to 0.75% Cu,≤0.07% N,≤0.03% P,≤0.002% S,≤0.1% Nb and≤0.15% V, and the balance comprises Fe and impurities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
