<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent preheating temperature fluctuation in a tip squealer of a gas turbine moving blade, thereby carrying out efficient preheating. <P>SOLUTION: A heating repair device includes: a first laser irradiation unit for irradiating a portion to be repaired with a first spotlight to locally heat the portion; a first movement-controlling unit for controlling the movement of the first laser irradiation unit so that the first spotlight moves along a set route of the portion; a detection unit for detecting the temperature of the portion; a control unit for controlling energy density of the first spotlight based on the temperature of the portion; a second laser irradiation unit for irradiating the portion with a second spotlight to melt a repairing material supplied to the portion, thereby carrying out build-up repair to the portion; and a second movement-controlling unit for controlling the movement of the second laser irradiation unit so that the second spotlight moves according to a route. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
