Process for data transmission between a vehicle and a mobile device, in which after positioning the mobile device inside the vehicle, a data transmission via NFC method is established between the mobile device and the vehicle, entering a data transmission mode via Wi-Fi based on the presence of a Wi-Fi router in the vehicle and the corresponding means installed on the mobile device. The process enables authentication and auto-configuration of data transmission means via Wi-Fi by using data transmission means via NFC.
