According to the present invention, a touch sensor panel includes a plurality of first electrodes formed on a surface of a first insulation film and extended toward a first axis; a plurality of second electrodes formed on a surface of a second insulation film and extended toward a second axis crossing the first axis; and a spacer layer which spaces the first electrodes and the second electrodes. The space between the first electrodes and the second electrodes is changed by pressure applied to at least one of the first electrodes or the second electrodes, and the level of the pressure is sensed by changes in electrostatic capacity between the first electrodes and the second electrodes. |
