The present invention relates to a novel structure for a fine-fiber string-shaped filtration media which has been known to have a good treatment efficiency for contaminated water such as sewage and waste water, and a method for preparing and applying the filtration media. The filtration media is characterized in that a plurality of synthetic resin support bodies are connected with each other and inserted into a through-hole of a fabric core having a pipe shape, wherein each of the synthetic resin support bodies has ring-shaped hooks at both ends thereof, and the neighboring synthetic resin support bodies are connected with each other through the hooks, or a synthetic resin wire, into which a ductile metallic material is fixedly inserted, is inserted into each of the synthetic resin support bodies. |
