The present invention relates to a water circulation apparatus for circulating lower water and upper water. According to the present invention, the water circulation apparatus may raise the lower water to an upper layer by using a screw type rotation body instead of the conventional underwater pump or impeller. Here, in the upper layer part, the raised lower water may be pushed out again by using a rotation blade disposed on an outer circumferential surface and lower end of a rotation floatation body to evenly circulate the upper water and the lower water. Also, the screw type rotation body and the rotation floatation body may be driven by a single driving motor. Thus, the water circulation apparatus of the present invention may circulate the lower water and the upper water by raising the lower water disposed in deep underwater to the upper layer and pushing the raised water out of the upper layer and may supply oxygen to the lower water to assist growth of an aerobic microorganism. Here, since the lower water is mixed with the upper water, temperature increase of surface water may be prevented to prevent algae from being propagated. |
