摘要 The present invention relates to a grouting apparatus for the control of a pressure and a flow rate, a grouting method, a grouting system having the grouting apparatus, and a recording medium thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a grouting apparatus for the simultaneous control of the pressures and the flow rates of cement and a grouting material, wherein the grouting apparatus having a grout tank housing grout and having a cement tank housing cement milk, comprises: a grout pump to pump the grout housed in the grout tank to a grout supply pipe, and to pump the cement milk housed in the cement tank to a cement supply pipe; a cement bypass pipe installed on one side of the cement supply pipe, and used to bypass the part of the cement milk flowing into the cement supply pipe to the cement tank; a cement valve installed on one side of the cement supply pipe, and controlling the amount of the cement milk flowing into the cement bypass pipe; a grout bypass pipe installed on the grout supply pipe, and used to bypass the part of the grout flowing into the grout supply pipe to the grout tank; and a grout valve installed on one side of the grout supply pipe, controlling the amount of the grout flowing into the grout bypass pipe, and operated along with the cement valve by being linked with the cement valve.
