Disclosed in the present invention are a method for manufacturing salt using a bamboo by-product such as bamboo frond, bamboo shoot, inner layer of bamboo, bamboo sheath, and bamboo stem, and salt obtained by the same method. The present invention is obtained by test results, and the method for manufacturing salt using a bamboo by-product of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) mixing water extraction liquid of bamboo by-product with salt and leaving in a natural state to age; and (b) obtaining a solid residue by evaporating water from the mixture of the aged salt and the water extraction liqui9d of the bamboo by-product. |
