The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a grain syrup, comprising the steps of: collecting a four year old or more fresh ballon flowers; manufacturing marinated red ballon flowers via washing, steaming and a drying process; mixing liquid extracts from the mixture of the red ballon flowers, dried radish, and dried leaves of the radish via double boiling with malt and steamed rice and then making the same sugar; and concentrating a filtrate from the previous step. |
