The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of clay containing nano-sized particles and having excellent plasticity, which comprises the steps of: putting kaolin, water glass and water as a starting material in a ball mill into which alumina ball media are inserted, and then grinding the kaolin, water glass and water to generate a first particle; grinding the first particle obtained in the previous step in a ball mill into which alumina ball media are inserted, and then forming cake by a filter press, followed by vacuum kneading the cake in a vacuum pugmill to generate a second particle; and grinding the second particle obtained in the previous step in a ball mill into which zircon ball media are inserted, and then drying the second particle which has been ground to obtain ultrafine clay which is a third particle. The clay manufactured according to the present invention has a uniform composition, a narrow particle size distribution, and excellent plasticity. |
