PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin activator for oral intake, containing phospholipids, easy to make a quality control, and affording sufficient effects with a small amount of its intake, and to provide a method for producing the skin activator.SOLUTION: The skin activator for oral intake is characterized by including 20 mass% or more of acidic phospholipids; wherein the acidic phospholipids are preferably phosphatidic acid and/or lysophosphatidic acid. |
